We collect birth date, birth time, birth gender, and name (optional) that you enter to generate your reading. We also collect standard usage data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited via analytics tools (Microsoft Clarity).
Your birth information is used solely to calculate and display your Four Pillars reading. If you provide an email address to receive your reading, it is used only for that delivery and is not added to any marketing list without your consent.
We do not sell your personal information. We use the following third-party services that may process your data: Microsoft Clarity (analytics), payment processors (for paid readings). Each operates under their own privacy policy.
We use Microsoft Clarity to understand how users interact with our site. This may include session recordings and heatmaps. No personally identifiable information is linked to these recordings.
Birth information entered on the site is processed in-session and not stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to generate and deliver your reading.
You may request deletion of any personal data we hold about you by contacting us at support@myfateseer.com. We will respond within 30 days.
FateSeer is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
